Why do I have to take pictures of the vehicle and confirm gas and mileage on my phone when all of this information was already in the system? Waste of time.

Jeremy SThe equipment was not ready for pickup, and the customer service was extremely dry, The parking lot was dirty and full of old snow, and mud.
WILLIAM STotal breakdown in renting this truck made reservations for an early key pick up got to location no key! Had to go to another rental location to get truck costing me a lot of time!
