wick easy and efficient pick up

Richard CThe man inside was helping another customer, but quickly and pleasantly took my keys so I could be on my way. My only complaint is that I received multiple voicemails and emails reminding me to return my truck hours after I dropped it off. I returned the truck and trailer at 9:30am, but it appears it hadn’t been processed until after 2:30pm. I don’t mind, as long as everything is sorted… but it was a bit concerning. I’ve dealt with this location before and always had a positive experience, so I’ll still definitely return.
