The attendent was on his cell phone the entire time and would not help us hook up the trailer. The trailer had a flat tire and I had to argue with the attendant to get the other trailer on the lot. He still would not help me turn the trailer around so it could be hitched. I had to hook the safety cable to my truck and drag it around so it could be hitched. I got no assistance at all from them. When I returned the trailer the attendant stayed on his cell phone the entire time and refused to help me unhitch the trailer. This was the worst Uhaul dealer I have ever used and I will never use this location again.

John MI waited over an hour for the only guy working there who was capable of doing U-Haul paperwork. I had a 10 am pick up and he came back to shop at 11:10. I was not happy I had people waiting for me
