the truck was filthy with glass pcs, drywall pcs dirt and accumulated scum up the wall of the truck and the forward shelf , it took 45min. to clean , as i rented the truck to move my home furnishing . NIKITA VI reserved 4 days before and I include a utility dolly and a 4 wheel furniture dolly. When I get there, they told me that they dont have any dolly for me. Of all the places, you should have dollies available no matter what. I did not receive any notification that I will not have any dolly. When I told them that I will cancel and look for other location, they were able to provide 1 furniture dolly instantly.
