The rep was polite and efficient. However, I reserved a van and they gave me a truck, the cargo space of the truck had broken glass everywhere and the loading ramp was missing from the truck.

JEFFREY HChris is excellent--total pro. The truck needs to be replaced because it has a ton of miles and the engine has lost its power.
MARC LThe staff was friendly. However, the safety of the vehicle was unacceptable. The steering alignment was so bad that the steering wheel had to be turned almost 180 degrees to one side to drive straight. Also, the fuel level indicated on checkout was nearly a 1/4 higher than in the tank, which I paid for out of pocket. This truck should never have been in service.
