Teach your employees customer service, when I was dropping of the truck the attendant had attitude and telling to drive the truck where he wanted I did try but it was too small to park safely so I park the car in a safe area again and told him too small but he was telling me I have to park in area that he wanted then I told him I dropped the truck off from now on it’s your job and I left Bad attitude and customer service

Not sure who is responsible for maintaining and cleaning vehicles but upon pick up, we noted several issues with the vehicle. 1) The cab had garbage in it and was overall dirty and grimy. (2) The passenger side window crank arm was off and on the cab floor. We attempted to place it back on the hinge but the window did not work. (3) There were minor cracks in the windshield which was also extremely dirty. (4) The truck bed was full of dirt. Before we moved some furniture and other house items from one place to another, we had to clean the windshield, clean out the cab, wipe down the steering column and seats and sweep out the bed. That is time we should not have to spend on a rental. Also, when I picked up the truck, I was told that the gas tank was only 1/4 full. I had no idea how many gallons the truck took so added fuel and, of course, added way too much that cost me an extra $50.00. Can I get compensated for the additional fuel I added to the truck? Why do you not have a check in card that estimates the mileage, how many gallons each truck holds, etc.
PATRICK JI was charged a gas fee even though the equipment had less than 1/4 tank when I checked it out.
