I ordered 3 dozen moving blankets and when we got there, we were told that this location does not have them. That should have been something that you told me. It's not ok to find out when you go to pick up the vehicle.
RICHARD BIssues with my reservation being cancelled for no reason when trying to pick up the vehicle, which led to having to spend an additional 20-30 minutes on the phone with customer service/placing a new order.
