Ordered an appliance dolly and furniture pads for the move as we traveled 400 miles down to Southern California for the move. No dolly or moving pads were there as requested and paid for. This pickup was at a Mobile station and the employees told me they were on a shift change and not interested in customer service. The vehicle cab was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. Had to stop and purchase sanitizer wipes and disinfectant to drive in the vehicle. Very disappointing in the lack of customer service and the employees stated they were a small company and couldn’t do anything to help.

This truck needed service.
MICHAEL SVan was dirty. Windshield was dirty. Washer fluid was empty. When I returned the van the attendant brusquley said "give me the keys". I told him I wanted to check it in and have him check mileage and gas when we checked it in he tried to charge me for a full tank when I picked it up with half a tank and left the van with more than half a tank. Also he charged me for 40 miles when I only traveled 32 miles.

Jairo G1. The car was very very old, Gear shifting was not working. I got stuck there for over 20 mins. 2. Parking is an issue, while dropping off the car there was very tight space for parking and the attendant asked me to park it in that space. 3. Though the mileage driven was 3-4 miles , and I asked the attendant do I need to fill in the gas, he said not required as its just handful of miles. But later the bill came as 15$ gas
