No contract given, could not tell me how much gas to fill to the middle, sent me to my destination with no key for the box of the truck which wasted a ton of time. Very unprofessional with check in. Also when I booked I swore I read there was a certain amount of mileage included so the final bill was way more than I was quoted for.
