Everything was nice but it was a rough ride it did feel like they may want to check the transmission it felt like it was slipping and having a rough time especially with third gear! But thank you for the easiness of the experience!

DANIEL MTRUCK WAS VERY DIRTY AND DUSTY, GAVE ME THE ALLERGIES. THE LOCK PAD FOR THE STORAGE WAS INOPERABLE. NOT ENOUGH PARKING FOR THE TRUCKS AT THE LOCATION
ERNESTO GI intended to use the app for pickup, but it was not responding. Also there were issues with the U-Haul website when the associate was trying to check people in. It was hectic, but he handled it well. I was delayed by 35 minutes, but fortunately this was not an issue.
