Provide the correct gate code so i can access truck at agreed pickup time. Whole move in day was out of wack because of a bad code. Very inconvenient. The staff was great, and we lucked out that she showed up 30min before business hours or we would have waited even longer.

I made an appointment to pick up a truck at 12:30 and arrived a few minutes early to find no one there. They left a sign saying they’d be back at 12:30 but we ended up waiting till 1:00 and no one ever showed up, so we left. After we got back home I got a call back saying that I could come pick up the truck now. We ended up picking it up an hour late which made the moving process harder because some of my family were trying to go out of town and others had baseball games. Also I understand that U-Haul wants to up-sell as much as possible but if you decline the need for a hand-truck and moving blankets I feel like they shouldn’t be left in the truck.
Michael IHas some minor issues when picking up the truck, but that may be credited to human error. The CS agent was extremely quick, responsive and helpful in solving my issue and the process was overall smooth.
Mackenzie DThe woman at the front desk indicated this was not a place to leave off or typically that they would receive U-haul trucks with auto transport trailers.
BERNADETTE MThe truck I rented had a low battery. It had to be jumped to get back to the location. But this was not something that could have been foreseen by the location operator.
