The online Uhaul reservation tool needs to be upgraded. Had several issues with being redirected on pickup and drop off location and the links received for checking in and out don’t work. This is a reflection on uhaul corporate, the physical locations and service were great. Th technology just made things more difficult.
TODD CThe uhaul /price location was fine. But the return system taking pictures etc. was rough wasn't saving I had to take like 10 plus pictures of just the dashboard alone. I don't know if it was the app or what but it was 6 degrees outside and was not convenient.
JASMINE MWhen I went to the lot to pick up the trailer the lot had only been partially plowed of snow. The trailer was in six inches of snow. I had to unbury the hitch clean it off, and maneuver it out of the mostly unplowed lot. The rear trailer door was half open and the trailer was filled with snow. It took about 15 minuets to sweep out the snow and lubricate the door so it would function. When I informed the person at the counter he said I should just leave a bad review. Nice job U-Haul!
