This location was horrible. The guy seemed in a real hurry to hand over the key and get out of there. Not a lot of information or direction given to me. When returning truck, I put the key in the orange drop box at the side of the building. The guy called me for two days asking what I did with the key, not believing I left it in the drop box. Also accused me of not parking the truck in the correct spot when returning...I parked it in the exact spot where I picked it up, so not sure what that was about. Overall, a real crappy experience.

PEGGY BOur truck was not functioning well and our move was delayed because of it and we had trouble with the app checking it out. We have used the service before with good results, but this truck was not well maintained
Andrea FIt is frustrating to make a reservation and then not receive what was requested. We got a larger truck than we needed making it difficult to load and drive safely.
