I had no issue with the pickup location staff—they were great. My frustration is with how the pickup location was handled. I reserved a one-way truck more than a month before my move. I called a week before the move and again three days beforehand, but I still was not given a pickup location. When I originally reserved the truck, I was told the pickup would be either the Bel Air or Fallston location, both of which were local and convenient to my home. The day before my move, I was contacted and told that my pickup location had been changed to a location more than an hour away, and that I could not pick up the truck until 10:00 a.m. This was completely unacceptable, especially with a scheduled move. I was not given any alternative pickup locations. I was offered the option of picking up the truck the same day I was called (a day before my move) at no additional charge. I accepted that option, but it required me to leave work early because the location closed at 5:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the truck itself also had a leak in the roof. It rained on moving day, and many of our belongings, including our mattresses, got wet. Overall, while the staff at the pickup location were great, the last-minute change in pickup location, lack of communication, limited pickup time, and condition of the truck made an already stressful moving experience even more difficult.

It was after hours, but the place was clean. The follow up call was pleasant and friendly/helpful.
Juan Llots of space....but not many vehicles
Nathan HI used to like uhaul but they told me one price $1584, but I would have to go to two locations to get the truck and car dolly, 30min drive. I got the truck paid $1601.16 . I then drove to get the car dolly, I was told on the phone that the price was for both, they charged me an additional $110.26, for the car dolly and hand cart WHICH THEY DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME. I called and they said I could drive back and get it. I didn't even receive a credit for that. Choose, pods or another truck rental, Uhaul will take advantage and rip you off.
