I was sent a message that my rental was no longer available at 1033 Mahoning Ave location, and I need to pick up from here. I was over charged for rental ($78 on a $29 truck). I was told that the reservation guarantee would be a credit of $50, which hasn't been provided. I was inconvenienced for a trip that was less than 2 miles away and charged for gas for a 10-mile round trip. The gas gauge on a truck with 164k miles didn't move, yet the dealer charged me for gas and insurance. I've rented storage and vehicles from the facility on Mahoning with a great success, and this was a nightmare to be honest. I expect a refund and credit based on guarantee that wasn't met.

Only comments are that even though I scheduled to pick the truck up at 10 a.m., I actually picked it up about 10:15. I returned it at 10:24 on Sunday and was charged a late fee for 9 minutes. We had bad storms and had to move trees to get out of the drive, which caused a delay. Additionally, when I booked online at a specific location I rejected all insurance. The location was changed by Uhaul due to the truck being at a different location. I noticed on my final bill that I was charged $45 for safe move coverage. I feel this was deceitful since I already elected out of all coverages. I did not review prior to paying because I had already elected out and Uhaul added that back when they changed locations. Otherwise, all was well and the service at the location was great.
