The woman who assisted us was very nice and friendly. I didn't have any issues with her at all. My issue was with the truck. To put it kindly it was a piece of junk. There was rust on it, and every time you turned (either direction) there was a loud clicking noise. Pretty sure the tie rod ends were shot. Also, it struggled to increase in speed. The fastest I could go on the interstate was 60. It just didn't seem to be able to go past that speed. Highly disappointed.

Couldn’t go in. Had to use a walk up window and it was weird
