pick up and drop off was excellent. UHaul makes this so easy!! highly recomment.
Elizabeth SThe keys weren’t ready to take from the black box because the one we were supposed to take them from was unlocked and open. Luckily the owner came out and brought us them, although it was a little later than I would’ve preferred.
Amaya RAt the drop off location we intentionally arrived during work hours but there was no one there. Called the number on the sign but the guy just said to unhook it myself and send a picture.
Todd OEasy access directly off of Chicago Drive. Great communication, paid over the phone, clean equipment, owner helped getting trailer hooked up. Would use service again!
