The drop off area was confusing. It was not clear where to drop the key. It was Sunday and closed so no one was there to help.
JAN SVery very very poor customer service by phone and chat they don’t know how to talk with customer very poor phone call customer service they was showing attitude to us but for what they are showing attitude to customer they have any right??? You guys didn’t taken any actions regarding those staff members that’s why they are doing these kind of behaviour but thats unacceptable do something for them and please understand my concern
