I had booked pickup for 7am but no key had been put outside for me to pick up. Instead I had to wait until the location opened at 9am. This unfortunately meant that there was no available parking near where I was moving. I ended up only keeping the truck for a short while before just returning it.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt took the guy at the counter over an hour just to get my information in the computer and then he did not give back my license. I had to go back on a later date to pick it up. The truck was dirty and had no gas. it also did not have a dolly to move things around. They were not open on Sundays so I had to pick the truck up truck up a day early and pay for a day early when I only needed it for the Sunday.
niki mThe equipment we ordered was not there. We placed an online order for 6 dollies but only 3 were there for pickup with the truck. The blankets we reserved also were not there. Instead, we were told to drive to a second location to pick up the blankets. The best part about all of this; we got billed for driving additional miles because we had to drive the truck to another location to pick up the blankets. That’s unscrupulous business practices and I’m not a happy customer!

HONGIL KThe truck was abandoned its was working when I picked after picked I went home to load when I finish load up and the truck not start cause it’s battery was out and I went to walmart bought jump cable to give boost so harressed need more attention on old trucks
