The pickup process was a little confusing, as it was difficult to find someone to register the rental to begin. I made the reservation on my phone but the sign in process wouldn't work, so I needed help with that in person. The gas station attendant was not helpful at all in locating someone from U-Haul, so I had to go searching for help at the shop beside the station twice. Once I found someone however, they were very helpful and got the registration completed for me quickly. The unit was clean and ready to go immediately and drop off was simple as well.
