I returned the vehicle cleaner than when I received it. I was charged a $25 cleaning fee on my bill. If I knew I was going to be charged regardless of the received/dropped off condition, I wouldn't have wasted my time trying to do the right thing.

KEITH WWAY too expensive. To rent your truck for maybe an hour and drive it less than ten miles cost over $40. You folks are overpriced! Over $1 per mile to rent a truck????

CALVIN Walthough this location was a good choice on my part, the original drop off location was cancelled by uhaul and tried to get me to take truck 30 miles away, and never contacted me again so I took truck to a local drop off location and had no problem there, uhaul main customer service was a disgrace
