although this location was a good choice on my part, the original drop off location was cancelled by uhaul and tried to get me to take truck 30 miles away, and never contacted me again so I took truck to a local drop off location and had no problem there, uhaul main customer service was a disgrace

INCLUDE MOVING PADS WITH THE U-HAUL.
IYESSHIA JMy reservation was for 4pm, I arrived at 3:45pm only to be told the payment processing system was down and I had to wait an indefinite amount of time, after which it would “hopefully” be back up and working. I had to sit and wait over an hour, which caused me to miss a prior commitment I had elsewhere. When I make an appointment for a certain time i don’t expect to have to waste my valuable time and be inconvenienced in such a way.
PAUL SThe mobile check-in process is a nightmare. You check in, and then it asks for additional information, which is frustrating, especially when you're in a dark parking lot trying to fill everything out on your phone in the early morning hours. Why isn't this information requested in advance? When you return the truck during regular business hours, you are required to take pictures. There is no offer for a discount, even though an employee could handle this task instead of wasting your time after a long day of moving.
