Just a suggestion for next time: it would be nice if the trailer was cleaned inside before pickup and ready to use. We had to stop at another U-Haul location, where a very nice employee helped sweep out the inside for us. It would also give customers more peace of mind when traveling long distances if a spare tire was available with the trailer. Overall, we just suggest making sure the trailer is clean inside and fully prepared for the next customer before pickup.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI think the truck needed an oil change. Perhaps a brake service. They are very touchy.
