When I arrived they were not there and there was not a proper drop off box.

I would recommend the pickup location but the drop off location was good. Although the app told me to drop off the trailer at 6100 s Huntington in Fort Collins while the pick told me A different location.

Kenneth CI recently encountered several issues with the return process of a rental truck. The designated return location was not identifiable on Apple and Google maps, and it was closed during the posted business hours. Additionally, the contact number provided on the U-Haul paperwork was incorrect, and there were no instructions available for after-hours return.
