My movers (Jordan) picked this facility as he says they always have great service.
JOSEPH OI walked in the location to rent a small UHaul and the first thing the attendant told me is that she was closing the store in 5 minutes. Hours of operation are supposed to be until 5 and I walked in at 3:55pm. I wasn’t sure if I was going to need insurance so I had to call my insurance company to ask. This young lady turned off all the lights and kept pressuring me to leave the store. She said she had an appointment at 4:15 and told me that I had to return the truck by 10pm. I have rented many UHauls before and I will never return to this location. The truck had lights on indicating low pressure on the tires.
