The location I got the rental from was ok. The problem was that wasn’t the location I rented from. I first went to we dat shop in Covington Louisiana and my rental wasn’t there and no one was there to assist me. Then had to call and wait over 20 minutes for someone from scheduling to find another location for me to rent from. I was dropped off and had to get someone to pick me back up and go to another location. This was further, took more time and cost me more in mileage due to U-Hauls scheduling error. This also picked back my move an hour and a half.

The parking area was small and somewhat difficult to park equipment

Thomas KThe only issue with this location is finding the front door. There is another business located in the same building and you must pay attention to the handmade signs to locate the entrance.
