Trailer parkng is on a slight incline making removal from hitch quite challenging with a 6'x12' trailer. Otherwise, the location is very good.

Tony PThe location I got the rental from was ok. The problem was that wasn’t the location I rented from. I first went to we dat shop in Covington Louisiana and my rental wasn’t there and no one was there to assist me. Then had to call and wait over 20 minutes for someone from scheduling to find another location for me to rent from. I was dropped off and had to get someone to pick me back up and go to another location. This was further, took more time and cost me more in mileage due to U-Hauls scheduling error. This also picked back my move an hour and a half.

JESUAR PThe service was great until I was billed for gas. The truck was not full when I got it. I only used 15 miles, put 3 gallons of gas in it before returning and was charged an additional $14 for gas I didn’t use. If I were to return out of desperation I will be sure they walk out and have occular proof before driving off. I was in a hurry and she was too because the office was closing.

Make sure you select fewer days on rental because when I returned the Uhaul trailer Early.. there is no refund of money paid for 2 additional days. That way you do not overpay and Uhaul keeps your money!!! I will not use Uhaul next time.
