Mr.Mike and his mom, Ms. Tillie, are the most friendliest and professional people you'll ever meet. They have helped me with truck and trailer hauling for over 15 years. One way or round-trip rental and returns are quick and painless. Equipment is updated and always clean. I recommend this uhaul location on hwy 59 to everyone.

Kenneth SThe pick up was great. He ensured the chains and connections were on correctly. He had us double check that all lights and signals were working. It was explained how to go about asking for roadside assistance if the need arises. Finally he urged us to video the circumfernce of the trailer to document starting condition. It was reassuring that he had previously checed over the tires and declared them in good shape. "The little nibs are still on them, so they look new."

Dwayne MThe location is fine; the lady that helped me was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. The 10' box truck I rented was clean, fully fueled, and ready to go at the start. BUT....this trucks transmission is not 100%; it drags-out first gear for a block. Once the engine warms-up the issue is much less troublesome, but still long. When the engine cools down, the issue is pronounced lasting a block or more. This truck should not be rented again until it is serviced for this transmission.
