Forgive me....I think it was Tyler....or maybe Taylor I spoke to. (I wrote it down however, it's with my cousins moved things!) I also had an excellent experience with the U-Haul drop-off location. Tyler was knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Before returning the trailer, I needed to call because our family required it a little longer than originally planned. Tyler clearly explained the extension process, answered all of my questions, and immediately put my mind at ease. What stood out most was his patience and kindness. After our conversation, a family member called with additional questions because I had not explained everything correctly. Tyler took the time to walk through the details again, ensuring everyone understood exactly how the extension worked. He was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful.
