Picked up a one-way trailer from this location this past Saturday morning for a one-way trip to Pensacola Florida and was helped by a very helpful and friendly lady. I can't remember her name but she had tattoos and she was awesome! Trailer I reserved had different light set-up and they were sold out of the adapter needed so I had to cross the street to Auto part store "Either Advanced or Auto zone" and they were also sold out so I had to improvise and the store clerk @crazybooklady gathered tools for me and we made it happen. After about 90 mins I rewired my truck and all was well and we were otw back to Florida after loading what we came for. Wish I could remember her name she really was fantastic!! 5⭐

ELIZABETH TAfter I made my reservation on Friday I got a voicemail on Saturday morning saying that they had to change my pickup location to Bentwater because the Book lady didn’t have the truck I had reserved. Luckily when I called the Bentwater location to get directions they said that the Crazybook lady did have the truck that I had reserved. In spite of the confusion I ended up having a pleasant experience after all. I would definitely recommend this location and I would use them again myself.
