The lady at the location called us within a minute of us speaking with someone from UHaul Customer Support, and them asking us if this location was ok. This was the 2nd or 3rd time our reservation was changed by UHaul. I do understand due to the weather, but she was upset and quite rude because we could not come right then. I had to wait for my friend who had the truck to come pick up the trailer.
