My rental was not confirmed upon return and I was considered overdue and my card was recharged a fee. U-Haul had to call the location based upon my calling and informing them that we have time stamped photos of return.

CHRISTOPHER SA nice new van is what I used. It drove great and y’all nailed it. There was a kitty cat outside that seemed distressed, and I couldn’t help her 😭. But that has nothing to do with U-Haul!
Tyler NLocation was convenient, Drivers side was parked right up against another truck, very difficult to open door and enter. The floor board was dirty and steering wheel smelled like pot. Price was good and customer service was helpful with the early checkout was convenient.
