Very helpful in getting trailer hooked to my vehicle. Knowledgeable with checkin and amount was sasme as we had been quoted during online reservation. Great experience.
Terrance CNothing was wrong with this dropoff location. Part of a gas station. When I went inside the person at counter of gas station said they’d complete my return and email it to me. I decided to get the key back and go out and complete the return myself through the app to make sure it was done on time.
DAVID RI was told the service charge was $32.75 which I paid for. I got home and viewed my account, I noticed a debit of $28.60 was made on my account without telling me the reason.
rebecca aNo help what so ever in picking up or dropping off the trailer. What is the point of even having people when I do everything myself? Worst trailer I ever used. Not even 6-12. Thing is 6 ft off the ground. Not 6 inside. I owned a 6x12 hallmark which was 1000000x better. Roll up door got stuck. Why is the tongue so long? Maneuvering it was a pain.
