This was an automated store where you speak to a screen. This was all nice and maybe convenient for some, but I think uhaul owes me a check for all the work I did.

Virtual agents only. No actual person to speak with. All transactions done with cell phone and credit card shown to camera. No cash accepted. Somewhat confusing check in process requiring video uploaded to prove vehicle was returned in good condition and verification of mileage. Had to return to location hours after truck was dropped off because no paperwork, email, text was received specifically stating vehicle had been returned. Agent stated everything was fine but more than 24 hours later still no proof of return.
RICHARD GIf you expect people to self check in and out you have to have an app that works all the time. There is not a person on site that can help. The virtual screen with random people who are not famliar with this location is AWFUL. The lock boxes and the drop your keys boxes are inconvenietly located and the virtual people give terrible directions to find them. My cargo van was muddy. It had a tire pressure warning and low washer fluid warning blaring at me the entire time. I had to call U-haul directly checking out and checking back in because I could not get pictures loaded up . I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SPEND 30 - 45 MINUTES CHECKING IN AND OUT !
ANNIE FThe vehicle had a low oil warning while I was using it. The oil gauge showed low oil as well. I drove 160 miles and was stressed and nervous the whole time. I Wondered if something so obvious wasn't being maintained what else could be wrong. Otherwise it was an ok experience. I felt the 19.95 was misleading.
