Excellent customer service
Bob NLocation is rather sketchy and the tire to my trailer had 0 tread. Unfit for use.
Dylan RIt was recommended to use virtual pickup. I showed up and was unable to do virtual pickup because vehicle was not assigned to my reservation. I received no calls or emails stating I would not be able to pickup as scheduled. After multiple calls with U-Haul, they said I would have to come back 2 hours later to do counter pickup or do virtual pickup further away at another location and we would not be able to get the additional equipment we ordered. When I came back for pickup, I was not able to get 1 furniture dolly or 6 blankets I ordered. They removed charges but all of this should have been discussed prior to us pickup up the U-Haul. The experience was very stressful and I will likely not use U-Haul again due to the additional stressed on an already stressful day.
