I ubered to the location & my 8 am 24/7 pickup was not ready or setup correctly. I waited over an hour outside at the location for the store to open at 9 am and they didn't even get there on time. The store opened 15 minutes late. Then I didn't get my truck until 10 am due to the entire Uhaul services being down across the U.S. I had to pay my movers for wating, cancel them and then find new movers in the same day all from the Uhaul outage. Called the regional manager to discuss and the "line is disconnected". No sorry no partial no refund no nothing for disrupting my entire move.

Drop off was at night but location was easy to locate! Need to designate a spot for return trucks because I didn’t know where to park the truck and just put it in a handicapped spot near the door
