I couldn't find the location and the GPS location was wrong. Uhaul personal on the phone were less than helpful and agitating. I eventually decided to leave it and hope I was right and I was not. After receiving a phonecall the next day the soul helpful person I managed to talked to finished the return for me. Thank you to that one person whose name is did not find out. This review is not for you but for the location which was haunting, confusing and downright bad.

Did after hours return so did not speak to a person
WILLIAM SAddressed my issue and was able to drop off. However I was called by my original location that I was supposed to drop off to and they said they couldn't take it as their lot was full. I took it to another location in Addison AL and your company charged me $15 more! I should be credited that amount!
