I do t know who's to blame but I made a reservation in June and had the receipt as well.. I went to pick up the truck and they wanted to charge me and extra $800 dollars. The uhual rep called customer service for me and the rep Jose was no help at all luckily I was able to talk to someone else because Jose wanted me to pay that extra for sure. Keep your receipts because sometimes they will try to not honor it.

This location was awesome, but this was not the one I had selected. The original location told me they don’t have a truck after I had booked 2 weeks in advanced. I was told this at 8am while I was on sight trying to get the truck.
