There is a discrepancy between the pick up price and drop off price and one way mileage versus round-trip and then charging for extra miles. The initial rep on the phone when booking the reservation should have clarified. Because obviously the end location end up giving the me the bill. And the end location their phone doesn’t work and they were only texting.

Very easy to rent and return
KATHLEEN HMoving is always stressful and the staff at this U-Haul made the process as easy as they could. Pick up was efficient with the details explained clearly. I was able to leave my car on site and drive off with the truck no problem. Return was quick and simple as well with a simple return of the keys after a quick inspection of the interior for dirt/trash (there was none!). I definitely recommend this location and would use them again if I wasn't moving out of the area.

HEIDI MBryan was outstanding in accommodating my request for an upgraded size at an instant's notice. He was very considerate in that he actually turned on the truck and a/c to cool it off before I got in. Very friendly, personal and quick & efficient in getting me checked out and back in again upon my return. I will definitely rent from this location again!
