Drop off was very easy and they agreed the truck should not of been rented to me with a cracked windshield

ADRAIN BNothing. He was very nice and helpful.
CRYSTAL JClean the truck, it had feces human, animal, or otherwise throughout the box of the truck and on the roll out ramp. You can’t convey smell in pictures and my furniture was foul smelling and had to be professionally cleaned after removal. I will be calling. Service at the site was fine, they were very nice and very respectful. The people in the pick up location were nice.
