The 15 footer I rented had an issue with airflow. The passenger door when fully closed and the window rolled up still allowed airflow to enter the cab, and increased the normally high ambient noise associated with highway travel to a level where conversation between driver and passenger was next to impossible without significantly raising our voices. I suspect the door seal was defective. Where airflow can penetrate, water can penetrate. Additionally, the truck came with only a 1/4 tank fill. In the case of a very rural area pickup, where gas stations are infrequent, this can be a problem. Maybe set an agency policy that trucks be issued and returned with at least 1/2 tank?

Matthew SExcellent customer service. Nice people to deal with. It's in a rough area so if elderly or female have someone with you. The owners can't help if they have some unruly customers in the parking lot from time to time.
Troy WI did the self return. Location does not look safe, so was a bit worried about leaving the equipment, but there were other trailers and dollies there, so decided to return it there anyway. Chose 'no' for the personnel question because I did self return and did not need to interact with anyone.
