Only reason personnel was maked as not helpful is that I didn't interact with anyone since I dropped off after hours. No dis intended on the place - they are probably great, I just happened to get there after hours and went through the app to return the trailer.

They were closed during my drop off which I found odd they allow. Made me nervous to just leave the trailer there.
