Very friendly and helpful. Truck was not available at time of pickup due to customer had not dropped of when he was suppose too. Otherwise all was good.

DONALD WI thought I left my phone in truck after turning in - they were closed when I called back but central U-Haul contacted owner and she called my wife - they checked truck and found out I did not leave my phone. Jusfviutstanding customer service!! Rare and so nice to see it! Thx so much - DP
