The online reservation fails often. I tried multiple times and called the customer support line. The line was overwhelmed and when I finally connected with a customer representative they told me the site had just crashed. This has happened multiple times. Either fix your web site or pull it offline.

Teddy W.We had a very hard time checking in to pick up the uhaul, the website states only ONE reference and when we got there after the one was provided we still were unable to pickup. My husband contacted customer support and chatted with a Latoya and she was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL towards us when we inquired about why we couldn't pickup our rental. I have worked as a manager in customer service for 12 years and this was HORRIBLE customer service.
