I loved the customer service at the Alamagordo location where I picked up the truck. However, having the equipment ready in the location where I requested it would be great. I had to drive 5 hours (round trip) to pick up the truck. I was not reim used for the gas for my personal vehicle. Nor was I reimbursed for the 2.5 hours of gas it required to get the truck back to my home. I also had to reschedule the movers twice.
Krishna WThe car was dirty had Mac and cheese still in there when picked up. Also they lied about the gas gauge so you would be double charged. The online gauge showed and the actual gauge is different hence they will double change you. Also called one day before saying truck you want won’t be available so you have to make multiple trips which will cost you more. Plus dolly I ordered wasn’t there and was told this at pickup . Worst experience ever!!! encountered.
