After I returned the vehicle, I asked for a final bill. I was initially charged for two days instead of one and the mileage was estimated at 30 miles as opposed to the 20 miles that I used. I was told that the location had no control over the mileage reported and that I needed to speak to U-Haul directly. I am very unsatisfied that if I had not stood over the billing process, I would’ve been overcharged. Even so I was still overcharged on the mileage with no remedy provided to me other than contacting you U-Haul directly.
