Easy and quick process
NICHOLAS DVehicle operated well and reliably. Storage area of truck was not swept out when we picked it up. Also, when we picked up the truck we were told we would be reimbursed for any gas in excess of the gas level when we picked it up. We picked up the truck with just under 1/2 a tank. We returned the truck with more than 3/4 of a tank. When we asked about the excess gas refund the man checking the truck in (not the same man who checked the truck out to us and told us of the excess gas refund) said he knew nothing of the excess gas refund. So, we were out that money and U-Haul got free gas on our dime.
