The truck keys were not available for mobile pickup and I had to wait an hour for the store to open.

Joseph LI reserved a truck for pickup for a time that was before the business opened, but when I went to check in with the app, the trick was not prepared for pickup. I spoke to a Uhaul rep who told me I was forced to wait an hour until the business opened before I could get my rental. He also told me that I would receive a $50 credit because the truck was not ready at the time I had reserved it. Later, after receiving my receipt, I only received a $25 credit. So the rep lied to me. Having to wait an hour for the truck through off my entire day. The blankets I received were wet and dirty and were not suitable to be used, but I was told those were the only blankets they had. This was an absolutely miserable experience and I believe that Uhaul should compensate me the additional $25 that the rep said I would receive and that I should be comped for the blankets that were wet and dirty and not useful. The whole experience was miserable. The only aspect of this experience that was positive was the person who assisted me at the site once they opened. Cole did go out of his way to help me get back on track, but he was limited by the poor preparation of the truck and the supplies. I would never recommend going to this location to anyone.
