I showed up right around 9:00 for scheduled pick up of the truck. It was not there. The sales person at Robinson said it was a technical error on U-Haul’s part because the previous customer had a reservation on the truck until 10. I waited an hour for the truck. The truck was not cleaned properly because I wanted get the truck and go. So the condition of the truck was not Robinson’s fault.
