I would have given 5 stars, the condition of the truck had to be considered. They were extremely polite and went over all the details of the contract courteously and professionally. However, the previous renter had left the truck a mess. They did their best to clean it up and make it ready, but my arrival time left little opportunity to get the truck completely clean inside. Their customer service made up for a lot. I would rent again.
