I have Video of the Trailer and the lot which was gravel, grass and mud when I dropped it off 4/02/2026 at 8:30 pm proving there was not any damage or mud on the trailer but the Owner has just charged my credit card $16.05 for Cleaning the Outside. I have called the Mo. regional office to report his fraudulent charge and will also file a Claim with the BBB and I am disputing the charge with my Credit Card Company. This man does Not represent U-Haul as a favorable company and I am Very disappointed he is trying to take advantage of me.

I have picked up and dropped off at the Albia location before they are always helpful and easy to deal with. We also have a easy on off highway access as well.
