This place was SO far from my home, and I am an elderly woman alone. This place was so scary, paranoid Psychotic man was banging on the door at 8:30, breaking the glass, and he was screaming, and you all changed the time to 9:00. If I had taken an Uber, I would be standing outside with homeless vagrants. Luckily I had a hired moving helper with me, and he actually defended me. My view sadly of U Haul WAS good, until then. Also there was no blankets, tie downs, etc. that usually accompanies U Haul service.
