Whoever drove it before might not have noticed or disregarded that the Uhaul truck was shaky and didn’t seem like it was functioning correctly. We wouldn’t have picked it up if we knew that, we could only tell after driving it.

The person on staff for the uhaul checkin here can't leave his at the convenience store/gas station so you'll do the check in yourself: park the truck, take picture of the dash, etc. But this was pretty easy and overall the dropoff was fine.
