The gentleman working during my two visits to the location on 5/30/17 around 3pm and 5pm was very rude to us. All other employees such as the gentleman working the afternoon on 5/31/17 were great. Facility and equipment were clean and in good condition.

The lot was backed up with several trucks being returned at the same time which made it a little difficult getting in and parking, but the woman who checked us in was very helpful and extremely nice

I rented a pickup truck on 4-19-17 at the Eubank location, everything went great. Now with the problems I experienced on 4-23-17. I went in to the Eubank location on 4-22-17 to rent another pickup truck to finish my hauling away tree branches. I was told there was no pickups available at that time and I could reserve one for 4-23-17, which I said that was fine and reserved one for pickup on 4-23-17 at 9AM. I showed up at 9AM on 4-23-17 and was told there was no pickups available and I could have a van if I wanted. I told them a van would not do, I had tree branches to load and needed a pick that I had reserved. The clerk called another location on San Mateo to see if they had a pickup available, they said that they had one and when would I need it, they replied right now. I spoke with the lady on the phone and gave her my phone # and credit card info to hold the pickup for me, she asked me when would I be picking it up, I told her as soon as we hangup I would be on my way to get the pickup. When I got to the San Mateo location I was informed that there was no pickups available until 11:15AM and I told them that I had just talked to a lady there and she told me they where holding one for me, but that was not the case. At this point, I was getting a little unset with UHaul. They called the Princeton location and was told they had a pickup and would hold it for me, so here I go to the 3rd location. I finally got the pickup from the Princeton location where everything went very well, the agent was very pleasant and helpful. After running all over town to secure a pickup and wasting half of the day, I was very upset with UHaul and don't understand why the Eubank location did not have the pickup that I had reserved waiting for me and then to have the San Mateo tell me they had one and as it turned out they did not., As far as I am concerned this is very poor customer service and no one could tell me why there was a lot of mistakes made. I do not expect a response back, I'm sure someone will deny everything that happen and losing a customer is no big deal.

Again, the first comment was "you didn't rent this from us" - I mean, come on. This was a one-way rental, and I dropped the vehicle off at the location my contract state I should (1 day early too!). And they only real comment the rep stated was that I didn't rent from them? While the service was good, the feeling that I was causing them grief by dropping a one-way vehicle off did not make me feel valued as a customer.

Christine or Christina.... I can't remember what it was exactly. She was AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond to help us, they were way more than accommodating. I would come back to this location just for her wonderful service alone! Wherever she goes in your company I will follow. Best uhaul experience EVER!
