KEVIN K.Friendly staff, but they need to have a keychain tester with lights that can show if each wire has power. I wasted several hours driving around town - including trying to get last minute service from a dealer - when my wiring adapter may have been a bit loose, the trailer didn't have working lights, or the sun glare made things difficult to view properly from an upward looking angle. When my wiring was checked by another U-Haul location with their tester everything was working fine, but I lost a bunch of time and ended up paying for an extra day's rental because basic troubleshooting was impaired by a lack of what appeared to be very simple testing equipment.
