Easy set up in advance in person, nice to meet the staff there. Pick up also good experience, location worked really well for me. Maybe some cautionary advice about getting in and out of the vehicle...I nearly fell to the ground when I tried exiting! Hold on to handle, steep steps climbing in and out etc. Maybe someone could have backed the truck out for me ( i had a helper who did) as the truck was parked very close to another one and my helper was able to squeeze in and back out. This is not a reflection on this Leonard tire. Had multiple location changes for where I could pick up the truck. Frustrated with U-Haul in general that I couldn’t pick up at the location I reserved at for convenience.
