I did the drop off on Sunday. There was good internet service at that location, so the Uhaul app worked for submitting pictures and allowing check in.

The service at this location was outstanding! It only took 5 - 10 minutes for check out and about 5 minutes to check back in. Will definitely use the Nelson location again.
