The personnel were not there (it was the Sunday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend). I had a little trouble with their instructions to padlock my utility dolly in the truck, but Rachel online helped me figure that out. I was so happy that everything went smoothly on the trip...except for locking the keys in the cab halfway along. I totally recommend the Safe Trip option!
