the trailer was at this location but they did not have it in their " system" I had to do all the transaction on my own on your 1-800 # no thanks to this locale. the clerk was busy doing other things too busy to help the CS clerk on the phone was prompt and courteous and very helpful. this store is too busy being a convenience store to be a convenient place to rent a U-Haul product. I will not do business with a similar location again

When I opened to inspect the cargo compartment it was filled with cigarette smoke and had not been swept - I lifted the cargo compartment door all the way to air out the smoke - I then asked the Station Manager to spray a deodorizer in the cargo area as I did not want my personal belongings to smell like cigarette smoke. I am still waiting for the voice recordings from the days prior to the pick-up date -- I was promised those voice recordings but have yet to receive anything. The scheduling folks in Corpus made a mess of things and when I asked for speak to a manager I got the "there is no on here that can help you" - when I called AZ HQ they transferred me back to CC staff. After over 1+ hours someone in AZ finally answered my call and promised to send me the voice recordings as I wish to be refunded for this horrible experience. The voice recordings should tell you the story and comments on your system should also assist you in making a determination on a refund. Was unhappy that I had to travel 38 miles at my expense to pick up rental and then traveled another 47 miles extra to drop off rental at my expense. I will probably look for other options next time.

Get some one that knows what they are doing this guy couldn't print out the paper work to rent the Trailer. I had to call u haul Customer service my self to try to figure this out. I am still waiting for my Trailer and no paper work it has been over an hour. What could does to do to rent something at a time if you can't get it at that time. I will never do any business with them again.

The guy runs a gas station and he tries to help you and help his other customers at the same time and this made the process slow and aggravating.

Employee wanted me to come back later as the manager was not there. Other parts of conversation was ridiculous as he said to just leave the truck there. No eay. I need a receipt. Staff was not trained to deliver and accept equipment.

Cashier had me waiting in line to pump gas, since the catd reader was broken on pump, and then took a long time to bring up contract in system since he had to take a picture of mileage and gas, then charges me a whole day for being 35 minutes late?! Will not rent from uhaul again if I have to deal with these people again.

The pickup center didn't get the reservation until the day of pickup and didn't have the size truck I ordered. The agent went above and beyond to redeem the situation. Unimpressed that u haul set the pickup center up for failure but pleased with center ability to help.

Although I checked in online, my trailer was not ready and had to redo the paperwork at the store over again. They did not have the supplies I requested online. They were very helpfull and curtious.

Customer service is very lacking. After I came into the store with the keys. The clerk told me I had to go back to the truck and use my camera phone to photograph the fuel level and mileage of the vehicle. On my contract I did not find where I have to do this. The clerk should be willing to go verify this information for accuracy.

The girl at the checkout was excellent. the issue is that there is not a designated person for checking in. The girl had to keep alternating back and forth to the convenience store customers. I was pre registered and I still had to wait twenty minutes to take the truck.



The trailer brakes engaged over every bump.
